The soil is replaced with an inert substrate and the plants are nourished with a balanced solution of water and mineral salts, essential for healthy and controlled growth.

The systems operate in a closed cycle, allowing the recovery of the water used for irrigation and minimizing waste, making cultivation more efficient and sustainable.

This cultivation technique makes it possible to obtain high-quality tomatoes with an extremely low nickel content, lower than 0.01 mg/kg.
